The boys wanted to make muffins tonight, so I looked online for a healthier recipe.
They taste really healthy!
I do not recommend this recipe, even though Will ate some (without blueberries) and Westley ate a whole one.
They were ok when we ate them fresh out of the oven, but even a few hours later tasted very healthy, and dry (and I have a high tolerance for those two things). The next day Westley still devoured his, but I still won't make them again
