This type of bike does not have pedals, it is meant to teach balance and steering first, before including the element of pedaling.
Somehow I just pictured will magically getting on this, pushing with his feet, and then him going.
Not the case, learning to balance is work. (for him and me)
It's fun though, and he likes it.
And, I think his tiny little self looks super cute on this tiny bike.

It takes time. I got one for owe when he turned three and at first he wanted nothing to do with it, but now he zooms around like a madman. He especially likes to find a hill and go down an drift his feet up. I think it is a great bike just don't get discouraged if will doesn't take to it straight away.
