While this would have actually been easier by myself, Westley was my big helper in packing and folding up all the sheets.
He enjoyed "shaking them out" which was fun to a child like a parachute game. (so we did some extra shaking)
Then I taught him how to hold the ends on one side and fold them together with me.
He got the concept down but it was hard for him to hold it in his little hands.
Then when it was almost folded we would lay them down on the bench and spread out any wrinkles, then fold them up again.
