Trip to Tahoe

We spent a week driving up and staying in a timeshare resort in Lake Tahoe.
Besides Will getting car sick on both the drive up and back, and having a 105.8 fever while we were there, we had a nice fun time.
The boys had plenty of attention from Mom, Dad, Grandma and Uncle Keith so they had a good time each day, even though we didn't do anything too extravagant.

The pool was their favorite and we usually swam twice a day. It was a heated indoor/outdoor pool -where you could swim from the indoor to the outdoor. Westley's swimming abilities drastically improved over the week.

The resort also had a children's play room that they could play in. Funny thing here is that one of their favorite things to play with was the play kitchen - something we have at home that hardly ever gets played with.

Westley got to try out his new fishing pole he got for his birthday

Here's Will eating his (gold)fish

The boys went miniature golfing for the first time. Westley did a lot better than I thought he would

Westley also got to play arcade games with Dad- which he loved. He played his first games of air hockey on this smaller version or a air hockey table called "Baby Air." He did pretty well at this too. I wish we had room (and $3,000) for one of these.

And we found a jumper to bounce around in.

We also stopped by some horse stables to visit horses. Too bad you have to be 7 years old to go on any trail rides

Overall,  except for the car rides, it was a fun relaxing time, and I'm sure we will do it all again!
