Baking Carrot Bran Muffins

Friday Westley and I made low fat healthy carrot bran muffins. We were going to take them on our walk  but they were so good we ate so many we didn't have enough for Saturday.
Westley is a pretty good baker!

I used whole wheat pastry flour that is a blend of regular and whole wheat flour and Total cereal
I did not add the orange rind
I did add a tsp of flax oil and 1/2 scoop soy protein powder

They don't rise much so fill your muffin cups almost full

Best if eaten on the day you bake them
